Future Kings & Queens Open National Pageant
One Day Only Event: October 10, 2009 Pageant begins: 9:00 a.m. should end by 4:00
Quality Inn SW Hotel, C.A. Henderson (off I-240 & Western Ave.) Be sure to call in advance to book your room, you must book under the Future Kings & Queens Room Block for special rate of $65 includes free breakfast. Hotel # (405) 632-6666 Be sure to book your room in advance as hotel will sell out.
Early registration (You must pre-register & pay remainder of entry fees & turn in any photos for photo events(if entering), we must have photos by Fri. evening as they will be pre-judged) - Friday night between 6:30-8 p.m. In the Commanche conference Room,(Upstairs SE corner of hotel) please bring entry fee & correct cash payment only, if you are NOT at this registration time you must mail ALL entry fees & photos if entering, in advance, no exceptions!
PAGEANT COMPETITION:
The Pageant will begin AT 9 A.M. Please be in the ballroom, with your door badge on, and be ready to compete. NOTE: if entering photo you must be there Fri. evening to register UNLESS you mail photos in. Be sure to get a tracking # if mailing, as we are NOT responsible for lost photos.
Beauty (This is a mandatory event): Any type of dress can be worn, pageant dress/baby doll dress/sunday best, Boys can wear suit, tux, etc. Hair & Makeup should be age appropriate and can be natural or glitz. The judges will score each contestant on facial beauty, overall appearance, attire and personality. Yes, contestants can wear pageant hairstyles and makeup if you desire but it is not required. One contestant in each age division with the highest score, will win this divisional beauty Queen/King title. Queens will receive beautiful Large rhinestone crown, monogrammed sash, trophy & nice gift. Beauty runner ups will receive trophy & small tiara. Kings will receive a boy’s Deluxe crown, monogrammed banner, trophy & gift.
Anything Goes Event (required for grand supreme): attire can be anything from casual wear, sportswear, swim wear, etc. whatever outfit you choose that will fit and look good on your child and help show off personality. One winner in each age group will receive a plaque. You may choose to enter extra anything goes choices for $15 each additional outfit change, the highest score will go in for supreme-the overall title. (Limit 3 extra outfit changes at $15 Each) NOTE: It is a great idea to enter an extra outfit choice, so you can get the highest score possible but remember ONLY the highest score for anything goes, will be used for title. Modeling can be beauty modeling, upbeat modeling just NO flips, cartwheels or gymnastic type moves, keep it fun & show your personality, facial expressions are fine & removable jacket, etc. is OK too.
Overall Anything Goes: (can not be double crowned, you will receive highest title earned meaning this title is higher than Queen, so you can not win division if you won Overall Anything Goes) One contestant in the entire pageant will receive this title and a beautiful Large rhinestone Crown, trophy & monogrammed banner, & pageant robe. You may choose to enter extra anything goes choices for $15 each additional outfit change, the highest score will go in for supreme and for the overall title.
Grand Supreme Winner: One winner in the (0-4 yrs supreme age group and also in the 5 & UP age supreme group) with the highest combined score in Beauty/Formal Event & Anything Goes Event, will receive a Large beautiful rhinestone crown, Cash (based on # of contestants in your supreme group for example: supreme winner will receive $10 for each contestant in their own supreme bracket so if 10 people enter in your supreme group then this 1 lucky winner would receive $100) so help us spread the word about the pageant to get more contestants so the cash will be even more!, also a Monogrammed banner, Makeup/ cover up Cape, Large trophy & beautiful pageant Robe. NOTE: We will add a Mini Supreme only if 25 or more contestants are entered by the deadline and if so, the winner would receive Large rhinestone crown, Large trophy, monogrammed sash & gift. (Supremes are the highest titles, and you can NOT win your age division if you are a Supreme winner as this is the highest title of the entire pageant, what an honor!)
Optional events below can be double won with any other titles (you may choose to enter if you would like for an additional fee)
Most Beautiful: (Optional event) Judged in the beauty competition on Facial beauty only. Divisional winners receive a monogram sash & trophy.

Talent Competition: This is optional event & you do not have to enter the pageant to compete in the Talent potion of the competition its open to anyone, you may bring your CD, props of your choice, we will award the one with the highest score in each age division a trophy. (Please keep talent routines 5 minutes or under) One overall winner will receive a monogrammed sash & Crown.
Jackpot Overall Halloween Costume: (Can be double won) Wear your favorite Story Book costume or halloween costume, anything goes for this fun event. One contestant with the highest score in the entire pageant will receive this title and will receive 1/2 Cash Back collected in this jackpot event & monogrammed sash. This is a cash jackpot optional, no other awards will be given in this competition.

Natural Photogenic: submit a natural photo of your child, prefer at least 5x7 or 8x10 in size, & must be good eye contact & clarity. Divisional winner in each age group will receive a trophy. The one highest score out of ALL entries will also receive a monogram sash. Extra photos can be entered at additional fee, only the highest score will be used for title.
Glamour Photogenic: Submit your photogenic picture to our panel of judges, will be judged on Friday evening. Prefer at least 5x7 or 8x10 in size, & must be good eye contact & clarity. These photos can be retouched, Glamourous, etc. Divisional winner in each age group will receive a trophy. Extra photos can be entered at additional fee, only the highest score will be used for title. The highest score out of ALL entries will also receive a monogram sash.
Portfolio: Submit your favorite variety of photographs in an album or scrapbook of your choice, you may decorate your portfolio anyway you choose. Be sure your photographs are the same size, great variety & good clarity, this is a Must! One winner per age division will receive a gift & trophy.
Super Star Model: Open to any contestant that wants to show off their fancy modeling such as Pro-Am, a Cheorgraphed routine, jazz/hip hop dance, any and all dance styles are acceptable in this Fun modeling special event, you can bring your own music. You choose the outfit you want to wear and go strut down the runway. One winner per division will have their choice of one award: Pageant t-shirt, or pageant makeup cape or trophy.
Earn your supreme entry fee: Make copies of this entry form and pass out at local children shops or activities but be sure to put your name on the referred by line on the mc sheet. Refer 4 new contestants that have never entered my pageant or not on my mailing list, and your child will receive a free supreme entry (Beauty competiton, & Anything Goes event, optionals are extra!).Referrals must be paid by deadline. If you do not get 4 referrals, I will give $15 off for each new referral you get to enter the pageant, must have never competed in our system!!
Sell Good luck wishes: you may sell tickets for $1 each and all $ collected goes toward your child’s entry fees. You may make your own drawing tickets or purchase a roll of tickets from office supply store, and sell chances on a $50 Cash Prize that we will award day of pageant, if selling tickets please also donate a prize for the drawing such as Avon, Mary Kay, candle, or any gift you can bring. This is fun, and allows more prizes to be awarded for the drawing. Please send in $ collected, and then bring the tickets to registration with you.
