Until you can move forward properly, you can maintain a wonderful new feeling of powerlessness in your penis by 1) rub a mentholated pain-relief cream on it, and 2) after applying a good coating of cream, putting on a pair of tight-fitting lycra-type panties. This will cause your penis to first shrink, then numb-up; the panties increase the shrinking feeling by helping it 'accordian' in upon itself.
