Gloria... not entirely sure "heavy labor" might be the most propitious tact for the reticent males who were formerly the most prideful in their false 'macho' nature. Instead re-training and reorientation of their entire psyche, personality and self-image via inactivity (losing muscular strength) hormonal therapy de-acccentuating and replacing 'masculine' secondary characteristics with feminine (girlish body structure, breast growth, feminine emotional mood, etc), hypnotic procedure (feminizing attitude, obedience, fear of Female superiors, etc)....

In short, fully destroying any remnant of male persona, role, sense of empowerment at all...
