Have you tried the carrot and stick approach? O am not recommending punishments, rather the absence of treats. Tell him that only good girls get candy, or ice cream or anything else he wants, while at the same time lavishing then on your daughter. Like pavloves dogs he will soon learn that when he behaves as you want he will be rewarded.
