Your right there is nothing wrong with them, however their moms know that they are not pageant material and therefore do not set them up to feel like losers by placing them in pageants. The same why I would not push my child to compete in a sport she sucked at. You as a parent have to keep your childs best interest at heart when letting them participate in activities and it is your job to protect them from being ridiculed for doing something they have no business doing. If it were up to me all children would be facially gifted, but its not and my child should not be held back bc someone elses child can't compete!
