First of all Aneesa, if you dont have your stuff, passports, visas, you would be smart enough of taking it with you to Pakistan. I think you are the one to blame not this guy named Khushal. You have no case, If you go back to the Canadian courts with no documentation of your passports, visas or Marriage certificate, then they will dismiss your case and send you back to you nation state. Sorry, but Canadian Law states that.
