Dear Sir

We would like to present to you the request of our client that is in need of US Dollar Provider and with the intention to a have deal of FX transaction exchange of Nigeria Naira to US Dollar with BLOCKED FUND procedure presented below and at a target buying rate of N315/$1. We would like to request for the DOA (Deed Of Agreement). Also attached in this mail is the draft indemnity format to be sign and return by the Seller (US Dollar Provider) and also the Buyer will sign the DOA and return it with the Indemnity. The indmenity is to protect the Seller in an event of non-performance from Seller.
