Dear Parents and Contestants,

I have some information that I want to make certain that all contestants have received to date. At the first rehearsal you should have received a complete list of every contestant in your age division. That list contained Childs Name, Parents name and Phone numbers. If you have not received your daughter(s) age group list please let me know so I can give you one.

Also you should have received a web site to visit to received valuable up to date information regarding rehearsals, picnic info, clothing sites, pictures etc… The board to go to is www.voy.com/217248/

Last week you should EACH have received a paper regarding Good Luck Wishes. This is NOT a fundraiser! I have had several phone calls and messages on the voy board asking about the FUND RAISER! It is not a Fundraiser! Good luck wishes can be sold for $5.00 a wish and these good luck wishes will be placed in the program night of the pageant. It is an exciting way to show your daughters good luck wishes from their Family, Friends, Aunts, Uncles, and Grandparents. It is a neat keepsake for their Scrapbooks. Good luck wishes are not to exceed 15 words and the $5.00 per wish and wishes must be handed in September 4th rehearsal.

September 4th Rehearsal will be broken down as follows. The 4-5 Year olds will meet at the Trinity Lutheran Church at 6:30 for rehearsal! 6 Year olds and 10-11 Year olds will meet at 7:15 for rehearsal. It is very important that EVERYONE makes these last rehearsals. Important information, and Good Luck wishes and Money must be handed in at this time!

Tonight I have with me Good Luck wishes information if you did not receive it, Tickets to sell if you have not received them, Sign up sheets for the Photo Contest Saturday September 13…EVERYONE MUST DO AT LEAST ONE HOUR! Also a sign up sheet to bring in a snack night of the pageant to keep our girls fed and happy!

Last week every contestant was to hand in their INTRODUCTION, if you did not hand them in give them to me tonight before you leave!

Several Girls clothing has not been approved yet. Make sure I see all clothing to approve it for pageant night!

4-5 Year olds will practice tonight downstairs. 6 year olds and 10-11 year olds will be upstairs. If you have more than one child competing and one is down and the other one is upstairs you may go to either place!

Do NOT call before 1pm. You may reach me at that number from 1pm until 11pm at night. I will leaving tonight for the beach and will not be home until Late Monday night. You may reach me Tuesday next week.
