This article provides great insights on how to treat problematic skin, and I agree with many of the recommendations! If you're looking for an additional treatment option, I highly recommend trying uvb light therapy at home. It can be an effective way to treat conditions like acne or psoriasis. I’ve personally had success using it, and there are convenient, at-home UVB devices available that make it easy to incorporate into your skincare routine.
