A) The illocutory force is directive and demands physical response. His intention is to be picked up and get a ride. Actually, he tries to persuade drivers and he does that indirectly.

B) The driver, since he/she has got the last opportunity to pick someone up (as if it were a good deal).

C) The maxim of manner, when one tries to be as clear, as brief, and as orderly as one can in what one says, and where one avoids obscurity and ambiguity.

We also consider an overlap between the maxims of quantity (when one tries to be as informative as one possibly can, and gives as much information as is needed, and no more) and manner. This overlap can be explained by thinking of the maxim of quantity in terms of units of information considering that sometimes the maxims of quantity and quality are broken by the same factors.
