We think that the illocutionay force is to get a ride and alert drivers at the motorway to go slowly through it avoiding accidents. When he uses the term “last chance” he means it is a good chance for people to have him in the car.
It is achieved indirectly, since the man uses good humor. At the same time he wants a ride, he tries to make drivers aware of the danger in highways.
We observed it is mostly the maxim manner. There is ambiguity since we cannot admit if his most important message is the ride or message about the danger in highways.
