i just got married in june and i had a hard time finding a reception hall for a reasonable price. we got married at the new prien lake park and there are reception areas there. i am not sure of the price b/c we had already booked the kc hall by the library in lake charles before i saw the halls at the park...there is one outside and two indoors. you should call the park and recreation dept and they can give you more info...the kc hall would be another option...it was big enough for our huge families and in the 400 dollar range...it would just need a lot of decorating. also the civic center halls are inexpensive too...hope this helps
