Indeed, it must have been in the back-ground on television when I wrote the update. I found the term rather appropriate for the only work area set-up on the quay side.

At no point I wanted to refer to the 9/11 event. Note that the term "Ground Zero" was used extensively, even before 9/11 and is still widely used. It just started a life on it's own after that horrible day.
