*Si eres detenido o abordado por la policia o por los agentes de inmigración, es necesario que digas tu nombre y nada más. Tienes todo el Derecho a permanecer callado, nadie puede intimidarte o presionarte a hablar, pueden hablar hasta que alla un abogado presente.

*NUNCA firmes ningún documento, aunque te presionen a hacerlo o te infringan miedo, debes pedir un abogado y el documento debes comprenderlo perfectamente, si es en español mucho mejor.

*NUNCA abras la puerta a nadie, a menos que tengan una orden firmada por un juez (y en español) pide que te la pasen por debajo de la puerta para poder leerla con detenimiento, una vez más, NUNCA firmes un papel, sin saber lo que dice. Podría ser una orden de deportación inmediata.
