Bei uns früher hat das immer unsere Gouvernante gemacht, wenn nötig und die war da alles andere als zimmperlich.
Thermometer, Zäpfchen usw wurde stets ohne irgendwas in Rückenlage eingeführt, obwohl reingeschoben es besser trifft.

Heute weiß ich, dass man an Zäpfchen keine Creme oder ähnliches machen sollte, weil das die Wirkung beeinträchtigen kann. Empfohlen wird nur, es kurz in Wasser zu tauchen, das reicht schon. Beim Thermometer und Klistier bzw Schlauchende des Irrigators benutz ich Melkfett. So mach ich es bei meiner kleinen Schwester, wenn etwas davon nötig ist.
