This REAR PORT COVER DOOR and SPRINGS are as they should be: In GOOD WORKING CONDITION.

They were removed from a working Pismo & are totally intact.

The springs are what keep the door closed.

This component is specific to the Pismo Firewire series of Apple G3 powerbooks. It is not appropriate for the earlier Lombard or Wallstreet series models.

Fitting this component involves a bit of a strip-down of your Pismo. We can fit the component for you if required.
