I believe this paageant system is going down hill. It's not the same as it used to be. It shouldnt be considered a NATIONAL pageant, when there taking all the national out of it. To me it looks like they are wanting some homey looking girls to win this pageant, there not even wanting the girls to wear hardly any make up and they also dont want them wearing pageant dresses anymore. This has turned into a sad pageant system.
