Subject: I hate myself and I want to die Author: Owen [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 20:11:15 07/31/01 Tue To give you all an update, after day 1 in the studio, we recorded most of the rhythmn tracks for songs. Tomorrow we need to cut Ether, Black Rain, Haven't, and Hate Me, which will take two seconds. It gets interesting with the overdubs, because then I have to go in and lay down the big, fat, beefy guitars on the heavy sections, and I'm working on a HUGE guitar-hero solo for Black Rain. Should be interesting and/or frustrating tomorrow. Not to mention ALL the vocal tracks go down. Let's hope we make it through tomorrow, the takes we have on tape are fucking AWESOME, really heavy, and we hope to get this thing done and finished this Thursday. Oh, and Anthony Cimeno (the producer, engineer, and mixer) kicks ass. And he probably hates us by now. But oh well.
