True that, don't know that an ad was placed on the National as well.

I note with interest that (although not?) this sounds like a subset of Enga Gospel Support Fund (EGSF), that is on full throttle on that side of the province! The WAECA (http://waeca.com/) president is Dr. Mark Raphael. The Kandepen Adventist blokes have been quiet but have moved heavens and Earths in silence. EGSF was 'theoretically' a yet-to-implement province-wide fund that was to do works of equal magnitude as WAECA, but...

Well done to mark, ken, john and few that have been dirtying their hands to make WAECA a reality.
