Subject: a challenge (Wu-Tang)...

*Lang is shown in the backstage area with "Big" Pete and they are talking quietly as a camera crew approaches them. A reporter has approached Lang for an interview*

Reporter-Tristan Lang, you're one of the newest members of the NECW. how are you finding it so far?

Lang-Well, what do you know. Pete and I were just talking about that. So far, it's been nothing. nothing has happened for me so far. The other wrestlers seem to be afraid of me. Just because I bigger, stronger, faster and more extreme than everyone else in the NECW doesn't mean they can cop out when it comes to a challenge.

Reporter-You don't have any takers yet for your open challenge for Friday Night?

Lang-No, not yet. But trust me. I'll get my ten minutes in the ring on Friday. One way or another.

Reporter-What do you mean?

Lang-Well, let's just say that Tristan Lang will show someone who's boss on Friday night if no one decides to accept my challenge.

Reporter-Do you have anyone in mind? Do you know who you want to fight?

Lang-I have a couple of ideas. I've always wanted a crack at Mr. Monday Night. Of course, I'll have to show him up one and go for the Mr. Friday Night moniker, but that's beside the point. Rob Van Dam has been running his mouth off for years, it's time someone told him to shut up and smell the future. Tristan Lang IS the future of the NECW. Not any of these other jobbers and so-called "wrestlers" that currently hold titles in this federation.

Reporter-Anyone else?

Lang-Yeah, actually, I happened to catch these Wu-Tang kids interview here. What are they talking about anyways? Going around running their mouths off like they're the new life of this federation. They got it all wrong. They can rap all they want, but here's a little rap I want them to hear.

*"Big" Pete starts making really bad rap sound effects*

Lang-(rapping) My name is Tristan, and I'm here to say, I'll run this federation in every way. Wu-Tang can sing all they want, run off their lips and show no class, but when they get in the ring with me I'll kick their ass!

*"Big" Pete laughs with Tristan*

Lang-Wu-Tang don't sing it, bring it! Or rap it or whatever... Just know this. You are nothing here. I am the epitome of extreme. I am the real deal. I am the orignial showstoppa. I am the lethal weapon. And what are you? Nothing. So, maybe I should put off this RVD thing and focus on you chumps. Yeah, Pete, what do you think about that?

Drudge-Yeah, that sounds good. Kick their asses for me will ya?

Lang-Will do Pete. Wu-Tang. Send whoever you want on Friday night. I'll take you. One by one. Trust me.

*The camera fades out*
