::camera flickers to life on a man with long green hair on the left side of his head and shaved red and blue stripped on the right. After staring into the camera for a second or two the man starts to speak in a soft whisper::
Let it be known, to one and all Anarchy has befallen the NECW and he shall spread chaos to all who gets in his way. I have come after only one thing. ::Stares into the lens for a long second then starts yelling into the camera:: I HAVE COME TO DESTROY ALL WHO STAND BEFORE ME. WHEN I STEP INTO A RING I AINT THERE TO FIGHT, I'M THERE TO MAIM, TO KILL, TO SPREAD CHAOS AND DESTROY ANYONE WHO'S DUMB ENOUGH TO STEP IN THERE WITH ME.::breathing heavily Anarchy starts speaking again in the soft whisper:: So who here among you has the metal in there spine to meet Anarchy in the ring. Come one, come all, none shall be turned away. You name the match Anarchy will take it, and he'll hand you your head before it's done.
So let it be known, Anarchy reigns
::The camera goes to snow as the scene ends::
