El Miercoles 17 de Junio de 2009, tuvimos 2 ponencias.

La primera trato de las obligaciones de Capitania de Puerto de Manzanillo, la cual me parecio que estuvo muy interesante ya anteriormente no haviamos tenido ninguna platica hacerca de esto, tambien me parecio que estuvo muy bien que cambieran de tema ya que las conferencias pasadas habian estado muy repetitivas.

La segunda ponencia fue una platica para acerca de el estres y lo que este provoca en tu vida. La psicologa nos proporciono algunos ejercicios de relajacion los cuales me parecieron muy acertados y creo que esta persona esta muy bien preparada para dar este tipo de platicas.
