In my point of view, the most important Brazilian values is the hospitality. Major Brazilians been happy on receive guests on theirs houses. To me an important value that a person needs to do is honesty. I don’t like to say lies neither someone said it for me.
About the text I can say that freedom, equality of opportunity, material wealth, self-reliance, competition and hard work became a part of the traditional American value system and comparing this values we had the following: FREEDOM: Nowadays our people is considered free although some work laws been disrespected we could be classified as happy. EQUALITY OF OPPORTUNITY: We don’t practice this value in Brazil in spite of our constitution said that. MATERIAL WEALTH: We really thing that we are what e have, and if you have money you have the power. SELF-RELIANCE: All of we need to be self-reliance, but to get it it so difficult that most of people abdicate of their dream. COMPETITON: One of the most practice value in Brazil, but unfortunately, the practice is disloyal or the influence of the majors are relevant. HARD WORK: We are considered as a people who know how to work hard, because we are classified, unfortunately, as ignorant people.
