Author: Even fundraisers must register with the state. If one director has to get all this done then they all should.
Subject: It has been a law for years that all pgeants must be registered with the state of TN. Some directors have just though they were above the law and did not get bonded and registeed. Now the state is looking into all beauty pageants.

If you are so into fundraisers then send a check to the org. you want to help and tehn all the money will go to that org. Most of these fundraiser pageant are really not. THe director only gives a precentage to the org so they don't get into trouble with the IRS.
