First, Hello everybody! I hope you’re nice. Well, I’m writing here to describe a little about myself and why I study English in my life. As far as I can, I’ve dedicated to learn English because I always had interesting to learn about the English language and also the culture in the respective countries whose the official language is English. Since I was a teenager, I have discovered much knowledge about songs, lyrics, literature, plays, curiosities and history in English. I love music! It was very important for my English language process. I listen to the English music since I was a child. I remember when once time the radio FM played the song “Still loving you” by “The Scorpions”. I remember it as it was today, the introduction of the song, the harmonic arrangements of guitar, and the pretty voice by Klaos Maine… Well, great remind! So, I have interested by English music and different kinds of songs like folk, folk music, classic rock, rock n’ roll, reggae music, classical music, renaissance music and of course, our sweet MPB. I knew a lot of artist and composers in the world. I started to study and play acoustic guitar too. How you can see, the English language was and is very important for my formation not just as student but also as individual, for all my life. It was responsible for the formation of my identity and personality. I would say that the English language enabled the opening of new paths and new forms of knowledge in my life. My picture describes it as a particular experience. I put and sent a site with a figure by the British group Led Zeppelin. The Led Zeppelin catches me. I hear their songs all week! I have the complete discography and I have albums by others groups and bands by 60’s and 70’s. I believe that it was the time! After those decades, the music in the world doesn’t please me. The ideology contained in that lyrics complement my spirit and soul. I could say that the line of thought in that time enchant me. I image if I could go at Woodstock Festival of arts and music in the 1969… Sometimes I agree I born in the wrong time. I compare the values and whishes and I come to a conclusion: the people in that time believe that they could change the world. It never happened in other occasion. The people believed in love, in respect, in peace or things whose anybody think nowadays. It is sad to see. I know I can improve my English yet. And I have plans to visit another countries and if possible a country that the language is English. I want to interact with a native foreign English speaker and changes in formations, change ideas and talk about the differences between our cultures. It should be spectacular for my process of learning in English. It’s a little about myself. And how about you? Tell me your experience in English language. I wait your answer my dear classmates. See you!

Hi Alan!
You are a special person because do you have a good feelings.
I agree with you today the people are very different they are accommodated. Nowadays, anybody doesn't want to change the world and I stay sad with it, too. I like a lot the songs by 60's and 70's, like you. When I was teenager I listened this kid of music and only today I listen when I have free time.

Kisses

All the best of luck in your learning...
