Spoilers, þetta væri og gott til að vera satt:
Willow (guest star Alyson Hannigan) and Xander (guest star Nicholas Brendon) journey to Los Angeles in order to inform Angel about Joyce. However, because the last known address of the soulful vamp is gone, the two wander aimlessly around the city. The two end up in Caritas, where The Host reveals Xander has a destiny to protect mankind. Meanwhile, Angel eventually finds out about Joyce from Harmony (guest star Mercedes McNab) who has relocated from Sunnydale to LA. As Cordelia and Gunn deal with their new-found romance and go out on their first date, Rondell (Jarrod Crawford) requests his best friend's help. However, Gunn must decide where his ultimate loyalties lie: with Angel Investigations or his "Lost Boys". Meanwhile, Angel and Lindsey (Christian Kane) become friends, irking the group as a result. In order to keep Lindsey (guest star Christian Kane) from leaving Wolfram & Hart again for Angel, the senior partners conspire with Lilah (guest star Stephanie Romanov) to teach him a lesson. They arrange a demon attack on his younger sister, Laura McDonald, whom is blinded as a result. However, the incident brings out supernatural powers in the girl, allowing her to "see inside people". Meanwhile, Lindsey gets promoted over Lilah as head of special projects, only to discover the set-up. Lindsey despartely tries to save his sister from Wolfram & Hart's clutches, but his attempts are fruitless. She turns to evil, but not before telling Angel that his place right now is to be in Sunnydale.After arguing with the gang over whether or not to go back to Sunnydale, Angel leaves without them, accompanied by Kate (guest star Elizabeth Rohm). Throughout the journey they pick up various people including Oz (guest star Seth Green), Lindsey (guest star Christian Kane), and Faith (guest star Eliza Dushku) whom had been released from prison on good behavior. Meanwhile, the remaining trio retreats to Caritas where The Host (guest star Andy Hallet) tells them they must be in Sunnydale to help Angel. Also, Cordy gets a horrible vision of Glory, validating the info Laura McDonald gave Angel.In the season ender of Angel, the gang prepares to help the scooby gang, but not without a little drama of their own. Also, an old enemy meets a long-awaited demise as the hands of an unexpected new ally.

Meanwhile, Spike receives his Buffy-bot (also played by Sarah Michelle Gellar) only to have it malfunction and try to kill him. He goes to Buffy to ask for help, which she reluctantly gives, but is no less creeped out by the situation. Also, Hank Summers (guest star Dean Bulter) shows up on the Summers' doorstep, with his new "friend" Sophie (Little House on the Prarie's Melissa Gilbert) in tow, and Glory (guest star Clare Kramer) "takes on" a new minion after her brother Ben (guest star Charlie Webber) disappears.Look for a shocking surprise ending to this episode.The custody battle over Dawn heats up as Hank Summers (guest star Dean Butler) and Giles lock horns over her future. Hank is almost ready to give in, when Sophie (guest star Melissa Gilbert) pushes him to fight, while she contacts a lawyer. Meanwhile, the distractions of the legal dispute are enough to allow Glory (guest star Clare Kramer) to get possession of the key, who she now realizes is Dawn. However, when Buffy goes to save her sister, she discovers that Glory herself wasn't the one behind the kidnapping.The situation goes from bad to worse in this extremely emotional episode, which has the Scooby gang worrying about the state of Buffy's well-being. After being served with custody papers for Dawn by her father, chewed out by Anya, and facing the real possibility that she could lose to Glory (guest star Clare Kramer), Buffy attempts to contact Angel, only to discover he's no where to be found. Meanwhile, Giles and Willow come to the rescue as they stumble upon some surprising new information, courtesy of an unexpected source. However, the episode concludes with a jolt as Buffy receives a package from Belize containing a letter from Graham which says Riley is now "Missing in Action" and feared dead. She breaks down crying in Giles' arms.The mystery surrounding Glory and Ben is finally explained. While it is true, Glory and Ben are brother and sister, they can only exist in this dimension by using a vessel. In order to keep ahold of their vessels, they must "drain the life force" out of others. For a long time, Glory has been able to "feed" herself and Ben, because the latter refuses. However, Ben is becoming too weak and Glory must find another vessel to have him inhibit. Therefore, "Ben" dies after the "energy" jumps bodies. After a tedious custody battle, Giles becomes the legal guardian of Dawn, sending Hank (guest star Dean Bulter) and Sophie (guest star Melissa Gilbert) packing. Meanwhile, Xander and Buffy form a new connection, when he discloses startling revelations about their destinies. Also, Angel (guest star David Boreanaz) arrives with his gang to help Buffy take on Glory. The members of the Scooby gang merge with members of the LA gang in order to take on Glory (Clare Kramer). Expect many surprises, including a barrage of guest stars, which may include: Amber Benson, Julie Benz, Marc Blucas, David Boreanaz, Charisma Carpenter, Bailey Chase, Alexis Denisof, Eliza Dushku, Seth Green, Christian Kane, Clare Kramer, Robia La Morte, Juliet Landau, Mark Metcalf, Mercedes McNab, J. August Richards, Elisabeth Rohm, Danny Strong, Kristine Sutherland, and Charlie Weber.

Spike is captured by Glory's minions when they suspect he's the Key.
The real Buffy reunites with an old "friend," when she meets with the First Slayer again
