I did that all the time from about age 10-15. I hardly ever wiped my butt from 10-12 or 13, sometimes I would make it as pooey as possible without actually pooping in my pants. I would wear the same panties for a few days and hide them so my mom didn't find out and wash them myself. She thought I was just helping out by doing my own laundry. I used perfume or body spray to cover the odor.
My mom did spank me during that time, but always over my pants. For bare bottom spankibngs I was told to wait in my room for her. I had time to clean my butt and put on clean panties. I never got caught, but had a few close calls. One time my big sister caught me when I was in the bathroom. She just kind of looked at them, looked at me and asked if I had had an accident and let it go. I think she knew.
I know this all may sound kind of gross to some of you and I guess it was. I don't really know why I did it or why it felt so good. I'm kind of ashamed by it now, I'm 25. I just kind of grew out of it I guess. I still do it sometimes even now but usually only in private.
Recently at work I had a wet one. I didn't realize it at first, but I soon had that familiar feeling and it was embarrassing but I was really, really turned on by it.
