What is the big deal about them not wiping? So what. It's not hurting anyone. I think it's mean of you to humiliate them like that just because they don't wipe. So they've got poop streaks in their panties, big deal.
Maybe make them wash their own underwear or at the very most give them a spanking if they are being disrespectful or destructive, but don't humiliate them just for not wiping their butts.
