The scent of pine clung heavy on his coat, and she felt as if a voice (somewhat like her mother's) was trying to warn her of something. Instead she stepped closer, intrigued by the mystery. She'd never been anywhere that there was pine, this was new and strange. A smile lit her lovely features in response to the one that had appeared on his face. "Salutations Thanatos. I am Moon Maiden. Where are you from, if you don't mind me asking?" The chestnut mare watched his closely, though suddenly the answer came to her without his answer. Evergreens, of course. The evil territory was the Dark Evergreens, but perhaps he had only been passing through there. Perhaps he wasn't actually an evil horse. He didn't look evil, no he looked down right friendly. |
