He could smell the presence of another male wafting off her skin. He had known she wasn't alone, but until the wind change, had doubted himself. But as she spoke, a smile twisted his furry yet bloody muzzle. His own tail thrashed to mirror hers and he let his neck lower his cranium as his white ears flicked in what might have appeared to be annoyance.

"Looks like a delicious dinner you have there." He eyed the gutted carcass with a dubious look. "That's a lot for one person." He moved a little closer to the meat, but not in a threatening way. To still be alive in Cascade meant a good deal and he wasn't really looking for a fight. Besides, his own kill lay hidden in the woods massacred until his tummy had been full.

"So, where's your partner in crime? Watching us secretly from the shadows? He isn't going to get jealous, is he? and go all "GET AWAY FROM MY WOMAN" on my ass, is he?" His playful smile lit equine features in an almost alarming way.
