Cassie Sumimoto, representing Haweaii, won the preliminary swimsuit competition Thursday night over 40 other state representatives at the Miss Teen United States World Pageant in Texas. Best of luck to Cassie as she competes in the finals this weekend!

She is Miss Hawaii at the Miss U.S. International Pageant being held in conjuction with Miss Teen United States World in Houston. THis event will select the United States representative in Japan's Mis International. It's also interesting in the Hawaii usually has it's own contestant at Miss International. Good luck, Leilani!
