Rules:
1. I dont have dumps+pin (dump+pin=cash, only RIPPERS sell cash).
2. Replacement rules - it is replaced decline and hold, you are obliged to inform me on the bad goods in a current of 24 hours. After the lapse of specified time of the demand for replacements are not accepted. Before sale i can check up the dumps, and transfer to you guarantee the working dumps, in this case replacement is impossible, or to transfer the dumps "as is", with possibility of the subsequent replacement. This decision on your discretion.
3. The goods will be sent during 1-24 hours after getting the whole order payment.
1) If you pay on WU, and will give the necessary information and if office WU is opened in a city drop, you receive the goods in a current of 1-2-3 hours. If the office is closed - it will be necessary to wait morning of next day. Do not ask to send you the goods until drop will not receive money.
2) If you pay on WebMoney, usually, I send the goods at once, in any case, term of your expectation will not exceed established by rules. I try to send orders as soon as possible.
4. I don't replace the dumps for the reason that the bin you asked didn't worked in you area. You should know what is working in your area.
5. Binlist on demand, also, if the bin necessary to you is absent in our binlist, I can check up presence of this bin at our partners, but it will occupy hardly more time.
6. I well understand, how many rippers now in the market - and me, as well as you, they too prevent to work.
