Carmen Isabel Morales Ustariz, Miss Puerto Cortés y Virreina Nacional en 1983, una sensacional mujer, de belleza fresca, ojazos claros y larga cabellera oscura.

Artista del canto, ganadora de varios festivales nacionales. Fue invitada especial en el certamen de doña Norma, antes de ser reina de belleza. Esta porteña maravilló a miles con sus preciosas voz y presencia, en el Miss Honduras 1982.

Tiempo después se graduaría en Comunicaciones, y sería el rostro y la personalidad de Vica Televisión de San Pedro Sula. Carmencita como Miss Honduras Mundo viajó a Londres a representarnos en el Miss World. Y es una de las más bellas mujeres que ha desfilado en pasarelas nacionales.
