We're back in the spotlight againt and its not because one of our kids (pageant) were murdered. This is a wonderful opportunity for DIRECTORS to get new blood ($$$) and for us (pms) to find out other resources out there. ITs a win/win situation if you can hold your breath long enough to look after they have editted it. I like watching it..it reminds me that WE are people too and we aren't all evil witches who live through their dd's etc whatever perception they have of us already. Really I hardly see how Tyra Banks could talk. I mean HER momma let her go to PARIS when she was 12yrs old!!! Chaperone my patoona! COME ON! Look at that little actress she was in a graphic remake of a RAPE and she was only 12. Thats EDUCATIONAL???!! AT least our kids can tell colors and they know make up...thats not hardly a crime. my 2 yr old can tell the difference from burgundy and purple and wine...because "thats the colors the HM told me look good on me". They dont teach that at school!

Not sure what your question is- as a Director, I would NEVER allow them at one of my pageants. Good or Bad- they may edit something to make it look like something it's not. If you see the way Tyras mom is you would know that she was with her every step of the way (not that it matters)....T&T is poision and I would not subject my child to that. Lots of moms have been unhappy and one even said that the producers (?) told her child to say things to make her seem like a brat. Sounds alittle fishy to me. A good friend of ours was chosen to film with t&t and she said they were never cued or told what to say. She also said they were very considerate and being on time was never an issue. The truth is that the producers baited the kids telling them they were going to win money! I have seen FS not win and she does not throw fits so how dare you say such a thing. Are you REALLY so dumb as to think reality shows are real? They follow these people for a week 8 hours a day then show the worst 5 seconds they had that week. What child wouldn't be upset when someone tells them they are going to win something like that? Both TE and FS have great moms who love them and would not do something like that to them. unfortunately pm's true colors are shown on the t&t episodes and reallity bites as it did for 2 pm's in tonights' show. no the boys do not like pageants mom stop doing them and JS's mom puts emphisis on $ and winning too much (NT) -- and it bit her in the butt on national tv by her dd breaking down b/c of it. tv shows the reality of what pms are putting their kids thru, 04/ 7/09 10:06pm
wasn't there a doll named chatty cathy way back when?!? not real sure the point of the question but as per t/t there is no way we would take part in a system that allows them in to film. too risky for them to make us look like a group of fools. no matter how great it sounds we have all seen the results of others. take painted babies part 1 & 2. they made her look like an uneducated hick. that young woman is very smart and beautiful. did they produce any of that in the finial cut, NO. they want ratings not good tv.
