Subject: ROUND 2 - TEAM SELECTION - NEW RULES IN FLIGHT

Hey Crew,

Just a reminder, the new FULL LOCKOUT rule is in-flight from this week onwards.

It'll make it super easy for all.
It'll also mean we may have a few re-shuffles and EMG replacements come Sunday Night / Monday Morn when we come in to do our scoring. That's ok, it should be a very easy task.

STEP 1
Name your team line-up (best 22 + 8 EMGs*) - use the field lineup section to the left of the sheet - don't change anything on the list to the right - if you have an issue contact me.

*When listing EMG, list them in priority from left to right top row first. It is worth while naming a good spread of positions. Don't just name MIDS because if a TALL or FWD from your 22 doesn't play, you'll get the MID-50pt as replacement. Not worth it. A nice spread of team balance will put you in good stead.

STEP 2
Sit back and enjoy the footy all w/e, no need to come in and check sheets at all, unless you want to add your scores in as you go. The team line up will be LOCKED from THURSDAY first bounce so you will only be able to add scores in.

STEP 3
If one of your players doesn't get named, then you can add comments to help mods determine which player will become the replacement. We will be following the below rule

6.5: IF you have a player who doesn't end up playing (not selected OR late out), THEN..
1) Re-shuffle from INT if eligible (team balance position) player available & then take next EMG in order of preference 1>8 to move to vacant INT spot. If no re-shuffle possible...
2) Replace with next eligible (team balance position) EMG in order of preference 1>8. If no swaps avail...
3) Replace with next EMG in order of preference 1>8 and apply a -50pt due to balance.

Any queries on that rule, let us know.

On sunday night/monday morn, the mods will review any changes and will make the updates to reflect.

We are locking areas of the team submission page in order to police the LOCKOUT rule. You will all still have access to add comments for all to see and also enter in your player scores.
