Subject: Vietnam bride not consummated and gone

Married but vietname bride is gone without consummated yet

10 minutes of washing cups and disappeared out of a sudden.

A cook in Singapore had spent $7000 to help his son to engage a vietnam bride, but after 1 month of registered into their marriage, the bride was gone and disappeared.

The 58 year old cook Mr Lim said, his 32 year old elder son (worked as a dish washer) has no girlfriend and wanted to get a wife. Thus Mr Lim wife went to a lady boss of a hair stylon help. The lady boss let Mrs Lim go through an album of vietnam girls, and chosen a 20 year old girl Ah Se. Her son was quite satisfied after seeing the photo and decided to marry her.

Mr Lim had said, they decided to select a later date to have the wedding ceremony at his grandmother house in Malaysia, hence they have not yet consummated. During Ah Se stay, she slept together with his wife. She behave normally and shows no sign of unhappines.

Unfortunately, on April 4, Ah Se left without a sign and just flew back Vietnam, together with her clothing and the wedding ring (few hunderds dollars).

When Mrs Lim contacted the lady boss of the hair stylon, she denied knowing anything of Ah Se and offered no help. And one thing definitely is that she will not return a single cent of the $7000! Mr Lim and his family were devastated and there is no way they can do except to treat it as an expensive lesson. DO NOT RUSH INTO MARRIAGE.

This news appeared in Singapore Lian He Wan Bao on 17 May 2010.

TKG1700 note:- When TKG1700 contacted the editor of the news, the editor said Mr Lim son is a Singaporean and they ROM in Singapore. Bear in mind also that there is no evidence to prove any scam and also Mr Lim son have to wait at least two years to get a lawyer to divorce! Lawyer also claim that have to publish on their vietnam main newspaper and may need translation fees! Alone lawyers fees: $2500~$3000! Sob. Really what have he done to deserve this.
