Subject: knob on pup's head

Hi can any one tell me what do you call the knob? and is it good or bad? I want to purchase a 4month old pup all is good but it has this knob on its head. Will it go away and if not will SABT except him or disqualify him or just deduct points for it. Thank you. Kind Regards Karen
