---- yes for the 'overall competition' talent is required. You can enter the Beauty Only division and compete without talent but you will not be considered for the overall title.

Consider Talent is anything that is entertaining and less tha 2:30 in length... be creative it's amazing what we have seen that does phenomenally! Thank outside the box!
