The tundra
Here is where the bitter wind blows hardest

This is the classic vision of the ice age...flat and and snow covered...
the frozen desert...a horse may parish if they fall into a snow drift...
death may fall apon any human unshielded to the elements

Here is where only the largest and most dangerous animals live....
