Fibromyalgia is a chronic disease giving painful points in muscles and joint areas, stiffness and problems of neurological art like fatigue, sleep difficulties, depression of various degree, dizziness and anxiety. By fibromyalgia there are no distinct inflammation or anatomical changes. However one have recently found out that sufferers can have wider shunts between veins and arteries in the skin than the average population, and that persons with fibromyalgia tend to have blood seum reacting differently to immunological tests than non-sufferers and sufferers of other rheumatic disorders.

Physiological treatment like massage, warm baths and chiropractics can be of good value. Psycological councelling to help coping with the symptoms on a daily basis can be valuable. Relaxation training and meditation can be of great help to relieve many of the symptoms.
Must sufferers form fibromyalgia should eat a healthy diet consisting of fully nutritious food without additives, without pollution and without such ingredients that trigger inflammation. Such diet wil strengthen the mental and physical abilities so that one does not so easily get exhausted, and it will not trigger autoimmune reactions.
The diet should include food sources like vegetables, fruit, full corn bread or cereals, nuts, almonds, fish, seafood, fouls and mushrooms.
You should avoid great amounts of fat meat, fat cheese or saturated fat from milk and red meat. One should also avoid great amounts of soy oil or corn oil. One should not use margarine and avoid food containing chemically altered fat.
You should consume fish oil, olive oil, rape oil, canola oil, nut oil and sunflower oil, or food containing these type of fat like olives, nuts, sunflower seeds and fat fish, because the fat you then consume will decrease inflammatory reactions in the muscles and joint areas. But use a combination of several of these types of fat, so that you do not get too much of only one fat type.
Sufferers often report improvement by the use of natural supplements of vitamins, minerals andtioxydants and adptogenic herbs, like Magnesium, 5-HTP , Melatonin, Rhodiola rosea and Ginger Root.
