On dying, I am trying to get characters a little more dispensible. Everyone wants invincible characters that do all this cool stuff and all, but people do die. Battles are more fun if they're to the death, I think, but maybe that's just me. Dying is good as long as it's dramatic, and I personally as a RPer have no qualms about killing off characters. On places to relax, that's what the Colony Squares are for. These are supposed to be boards that focus on the 'town' part of the colonies, rather than the military sides. For settlers and the like, or anyone who wants to just hang out.

As for spies, the posting of hints and such is all for RP. I mean, obviously it's for RP, but there are really no secrets on boards like these, so anyone can theoretically know everything. But, as far as spying is concerned, there needs to be some way for spies to post and be caught, and there needs to be some way where spies can post and not be caught. I suggest like a 3-day rule or something, where the spy can post and if no one replies in 3 days or 2 days or whatever, than they go free. That speaks to the theory that a spy needs an amount of time to learn something, and if they get caught 5 mins in, they won't learn much. So, just my thoughts....

Also, is there any rules/regulations I need to post to make this official? I'm sorry, I haven't been keeping up with this board as well as I should have...
