There are some ID works published in peer-reviewed circles, albeit in ID circles themselves. One example is ISCID, and an example of a research paper is this one. Demksi's The Design Inference, a prominent point of ID research, was heavily peer-reviewed before being published.

Additionally, I also found This pdf which lists some examples of research supporting ID passing through more mainstream peer-review circles (e.g. the Journal of Molecular Biology). See also this web page regarding research and peer-review.
