Duane you said something of interest to me here.....

"If our human senses were the limits of our knowledge, we'd still be
living in the dark ages."

This is a very interesting statement to me. Can you elaborate on this?

I always thought that understanding what our senses are telling us is
our basis of knowledge, and posibly basis of intelect also. It seems to me
you are saying that knowledge can go beyound our senses? Thinking here, I
supose that YES, math and things of our imagination or creative reasoning do go
beyound our senses. But in the physical world as to what exist or not
we are limited to our senses, and understanding them, and to the tools we make
to exspand them.

I can not see how our senses can be that easly separated from what
we consider is knowledge. I mean we can dream of anything but without
5 sence back up how do we know what is real or what exist?

Are you saying that our creative reasoning takes the lead in what we
define as knowledge? If so how do we know of its acuracy?

It is an interesting statement that you made, I would like to
know more about it. What is your frame of referance, and can you
give an example? Let me pick your brain if you would be so kind.

Don
