] Date Posted: 19:36:18 09/08/05 Thu Also, congratulations all the recent winners from the Clay County Days Festival Pageant. It was a big success. I would like to thank everyone who supported the pageant and also thanks to all the beautiful contestants that participated in the parade. You were all beautiful and I am glad to have you as Beautiful Me royalty. I would like to thank the Clay County Chamber of Commerce for allowing me to have the pageant. I look forward to hosting the event next year. Also, a big thank you to everyone that participated in our Fun In The Sun pageant this past weekend. I donated $550.00 to American Red Cross. I hope everyone will come and support Hearts and Crowns pageant on September 18th. All money collected will also be donated to the American Red Cross to help with the people affected by hurricane Katrina. Thanks again for all the support and I look forward to seeing everyone soon! I would also like to ask everyone to please keep my grandfather in your prayers. We found out last week his cancer has returned. He started treated yesterday and I would like to ask everyone to please keep him in your thoughts & prayers. Also, I would like to ask everyone to please keep all the people affected by hurricane Katrina in your prayers. If anyone is able to help please do so. As these people have lost everything and they need all the help they can get. Attached is a list of different sites you can visit for more information about helping out. I will even be collecting items in the next few months that will be sent to people in need. Also, all money collected from our pageant on September 18th for Hearts and Crowns will be sent to American Red Cross. I hope everyone will help me out and support these great people in need. She let me know that your grandfather was sick again and ask me to remember him in my prayers. Please know that I will do so, as I have been doing with the hurricane victims also. I was a Registered Nurse for 22 years and thus know the power of prayers and hope. I am now a realtor in Arizona and just wanted to add that we have 2 different organizations here that have sent a lot of help there. One of them is our local realtor organization: S.E.V.R.A.R. and the other is the company I work for: Coldwell Banker Success Realty. I am very proud to work for such a company and profession that cares and gives back. Also on a national level, N.A.R., is helping also. I share this because realtors are seen most often as people that just "take", not give, and, I'm sure there are many local chapters of realtors that are giving around the country also.
