Subject: Not Wiping the Bottom

Hi ok this may seem like somewhat OT however with my partners eldest daughter we have had a number of issues in the personal hygiene area. Mainly being lazy after she has used the toilet and not wiping herself properly. This was evident last time she was spanked and from her underwear. My partner is now talking about implementing some bathroom rules especially if she is due to be punished as they have been a few issues with this also. What do others think about this ? I am unsure as of yet.
