Yes definitely. I learned growing up that getting a good hard well deserved spanking on the fanny was discipline from parents, not abuse as some want to think. I spanked my kids firmly when they needed it. Their grannom was also happy to share stories with them of my escapades and spankings as a child. My kids do also spank their own little ones as appropriate. A couple of weeks ago I watched my 4 year old granddaughter over a weekend and she needed to be spanked and so i found myself giving an over the lap bare bottom correction after 20 years or so of not spanking. But she needed it and it did her a world of good. Of course, i had permission from my daughter to discipline.
