This was created by another "Susan" - not me - but I've answered it for anyone who cares.

- Do you try to get your daughter scared of the spanking,
by for example letting her wait for her spankings?
(for the ones who give the spankings)
A verbal warning is scary enough - especially since she knows that the spanking may not be the end of it.
