Subject: Practice 2/11/10

Hey everyone,

I've decided to cancel practice tonight. I'm certain the parking situation is most likely deplorable, moreover if the roads aren't completely clear this evening, I don't want anyone to risk driving. I've also decided to give the option to either do a double class (from 5-7) within the next four weeks, or you can just pay $32 rather than $42 dollars for the month of March. It's up to you, just let me know.

Also, I have tons of exciting news. I have attached the design for t-shirts to the email I sent. They will be approx. $12-$15 per shirt, however the more we order, the cheaper they become. So, we might even get them for less than 12-15! The shirts will be black and in white writing say: McCormick Irish Dance. The attached design in the same color blue will be on the shirt as well. Please let me know asap if you'd like a shirt and what size you would like. I'd like to place the order by this weekend. Also, if I have a grand total by Saturday, I can let everyone know the exact price. Parents, feel free to order shirts as well. They come in youth and adult sizes!

Finally, I have recieved confirmation that we are members of the North American Irish Dance Federation! I have not yet received the entire packet of info, but the chair of the federation emailed me to let me know our school is officially a member! This means we can sign up for feises. There is a digital feis in March and the Emeral Isle feis is in Delaware on April 10th. Registration should be available very soon. In order to register please visit naidf.com and scroll to near the bottom of the page and near the center click on feiskeeper. You can create an account and register for the feises through this. Even more good news-- whatever level you were competing in in commission feises before is the level you will still compete in for this federation! If you have any questions, please feel free to email me, or even call me (I know it's sometimes easier to convey all this info aloud).
