Attire: "Casual Wear" NO Glitz. It can be custom-made.
(Must have Red, White & Blue in your outfits!)
Entry Fee: 40.00 Deadline to enter is July 25th 2011
EARLY-Bird special. Pay By June 30th and enter for only 30.00!!!!!
(Must be in my hand to enter for 30.00 by June 30th NO Exceptions!)


TIMES/AGE GROUP
Times: 0-11 months, 12-23 months & 2-3 years will start @ 10:00 am
4-5yrs, 6-7, 8-9yrs will start @ 1:00 pm
10-12yrs, 13-15yrs, 16-19yrs,20-up start @ 3:00pm

AWARDS:
Queens will receive a Custom USA Crown, Monogrammed Sash & Award
All others will receive a award on stage.
There will be NO photogenic at this pageant. There will be a Best Casual-wear in
each age group included in your entry, they will receive a award.

Tickets can be sold to win more awards. Call or e-mail me for ticket packets, Everyone must have a Ticket Packet from me before selling. ALL un-used tickets MUST be turned back into me. All tickets will be placed into a drawing to win
a 25.00 Wal-Mart Gift card.
Sell 125.00 in tickets & receive a small crown & gift.
Sell 225.00 in tickets & receive a Nice crown & gift.
Sell 325.00 in tickets & receive FREE entry to the pageant, a BIG crown, Monogrammed Sash, & gift.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
- 0-3 is all natural. NO make-up. 4-9 is Light make-up only, 10-up make-up is allowed.
- No glitz, No pro-am modeling, No fake teeth, No fake hair, etc..(modeling is allowed but not PRO-AM.
-All Money(less expense) will be donated to The Wounded Warrior Project
- Moms please bring Child dressed & ready. There is limited space at Ground Zero for this.
-There is a stage. There will be 3 X's in front & 1 in the back. NO backdates!!
- All judges decision is final. I have the right to split OR combine any age groups.
-Door admission is 5.00 Adult & 2.00 children. Military is FREE with ID.
-If for any reason you can't attend or the pageant has to be re-scheduled your money will be forwarded to another
pageant. NO refunds will be given for any reason!
- NO DOOR Entries!! All entries must be paid in full by the deadline. NO BAD sportsmanship!! You will be asked to leave
with NO refund.
-NO CHECKS!!! All checks will be returned to you! I accept Money Orders, Cash, & PayPal (add 4% fee). My paypal address is 4spears@suddenlink.net Make all money orders out to Kristina Spears Or Pageants For A Cause.
