Subject: Queens are invited to ride in carnival parades in Louisiana


Carnival 2011
Hey folks,

Mardi Gras 2011 is fastly approaching and You are invited to atke part in Louisiana's Largest Party.
Queens and kings are invited to ride in featured parades listed below.
You are responsible for providing your own convertible and you must have magnetic signs made for each side of the car with Your Name and Title. Children must be chaperoned by a parent on the back of the car. You may share the car with another king or queen. Please be responsible and be on time for the line up and times.
There is a $25.00 coordination fee. The fee covers if you ride in one or more parades. Once you send in your Coordinator fee and the entry form, you will be given times for line up and location schedule. YOU must sign up by Feb. 15th, 2011

Children and all ages invited. Line up is 12 noon, Hobby Lobby Shopping center, Gause Blvd. ( Children of all ages invited to ride) Shelly Black, Coordinator.

February 26th, Saturday, Krewe of Choctaw, West Bank 11am, line up at 10am, Kable Dr., Algiers
Children of all ages invited to ride. ( Chantel Autin, Coordinator)

Krewe Of Pygmalion, Feb.26th @ 6:45PM, Uptown New Orleans to Canal St.
Line up 5:45pm ... Preteen, Teen, Miss, Mrs. & Ms. Only. NIGHT PARADE
Must have Formal Attire Ladies! Think Glitter! Coordinator. Shelly Black

March 8th, 2011, Mardi Gras Day On the West Bank In Gretna, Krewe of Grella
all ages invited. Coordinator. Chantel Autin

Pre-Teen thru Mrs must wear formal attire when riding! Children should wear dressy outfits,dresses,formal attire. Remember, you will be representing your title, so look the part of Carnival and Pageantry!

A soft pillow, blanket and slippers are great items to bring with you and a straw to sip beverages. NO SMOKING OR DRINKING OF ALCHOL when riding in the parade. Crown and Banner are a must.

Please RSVP with Shelly as soon as you can commit to the parades. Spots are limited. First come basis.
